Pickled shrimp, Gulf Coast style. Plump shrimp brined with Cajun and seafood seasoning, onion, garlic, salt, and vinegar until they turn firm, tangy, and ready to eat straight from the jar.

This is the snack that does more than snack. Pile it on crackers with cream cheese, fold it into pasta salad, top deviled eggs, or drop a few in a Bloody Mary. The brine is worth saving – use it to marinate, or slip boiled eggs back in once the shrimp are gone.
